Artist's Bio
My name is Sahn Daniels; I am 23 years old and I am from Windermere, Florida. I started creating art probably around the age of 5 years old, taking scraps of my grandmothers ceramic moldings and putting together abstract sculptures. At that moment I figured out that abstract art would be the type of art I enjoyed the most. Most of my art is strictly abstract, I love painting abstract because it is something that you really can incorporate feeling and mood into. It is also the type of art that your viewers can tie their outlook on the piece, which is cool because that means that my art isn't really hit or miss, different people have different aspects and views. But art isn't what I loved to do the most growing up, its baseball. I started played baseball at the age of 3 years old and haven't stopped since. I was playing my second year at Seminole State College last year when my dreams of playing professional baseball were put on hold due to a torn UCL ligament in my right elbow. I will be playing professional baseball if all goes well with my recovery. With baseball out of my life for at least 12 months I began to paint a lot more than I already did and also began to take art a little more seriously. I started to put my pictures of my paintings on facebook and received tons of positive feedback. Later I would decide to display some of my art work in the Art's district in downtown Orlando. I several piece's of art displayed at the Starbucks in Thorton Park and will be displaying more at the City Art's Factory in the near future.
